Thursday Cottage Spiced Cherry Jam turns deep red Morello cherries into a warming festive preserve, seasoned with cinnamon and cloves and finished with a splash of liqueur. Like all Thursday Cottage preserves, it is made in small batches.
The 112g mini jar makes a lovely stocking filler or hamper addition. Spread it on hot buttered toast or crumpets, spoon it over vanilla ice cream, or serve it alongside cheese and crackers during the holidays. Refrigerate once opened.
