This festive jar from The Wooden Spoon Preserving Co holds whole clove-studded clementines steeped in syrup with lemons, stem ginger, allspice, juniper and brandy, inspired by Victorian pomanders and European mulled wine traditions. The Wooden Spoon has been handcrafting preserves in small batches in Kent for 50 years.
Add it to a pot of mulled wine, stir the syrup into festive drinks, or serve slices with winter desserts. The 300g jar also makes a striking centerpiece for a Christmas hamper.
