In the farm’s own words, Diddly Squat Farm Hamburger Sauce is a thick, rebellious sauce for burgers. It’s a rich, mayo-style blend of British extra virgin rapeseed oil and British free-range egg, with gherkins, tomato puree, lemon juice, mustard, garlic and a touch of chipotle.
Spread it generously on a beef burger and bun, then stack up your favorite fillings. The 250g jar is sold at the farm shop as Burger Sauce and brings a bit of Cotswolds farm attitude to grill season.
