Selsley Gourmet Mulling Syrup is a non-alcoholic syrup with a special blend of spices, made by Selsley Foods, which began as a herb and goat farm in the Cotswold village of Selsley, near Stroud in Gloucestershire. Being sugar based, it dissolves fully when heated, with no residue or powdery aftertaste.
Add it to wine, cider or apple juice at a ratio of 8 parts drink to 1 part syrup, then heat and serve. This large 500ml bottle turns around 6 bottles of wine (at least 4 litres) into mulled wine, so it will see you through parties and the whole festive season.
