A small 110g jar of clementine marmalade from Thursday Cottage, the preserves maker that started life in a Somerset cottage in 1963. Today its jams, marmalades and curds are made in small batches at Tiptree in the Essex countryside.
The compact jar is just right for trying something new at breakfast, adding to a hamper or slipping in a stocking. Spread it on warm toast or crumpets, and keep it in the fridge once opened.
